What makes me me?

How often do you get to sit and think about what is important to you?

This is a quiet, mindful activity for you to do by yourself and then share with family and friends (online) afterwards if you want to. Find a quiet space, stick on your favourite tunes and really take the time to think about the things that are most important to you, the things that make you who you are. You are 1 in a billion!

What you will need:

Instructions

  • Quiet space to sit and think

  • Your favourite music

  • Coloured pens or pencils and paper

Think of all of your favourite things and the unique things that make you who you are. Display them inside a heart that you have drawn. Add a key and labels.

An example of shown above.
