Journaling is a really great way of calming you mind which is exceptionally beneficial in these days of isolation. All you need is a notebook and a pen and there is lots of inspiration online on pinterest and instagram. Plus we are living through history now and it would be a great thing to look back on in years to come. Add stickers or drawings to your pages to make then colourful and fun.

What you will need:

  • Notebook

  • Pens and pencils

  • Ruler

  • Coloured pencils and pens

  • Photographs

  • Anything you collect can be included - newspaper or magazine words, leaflets, scrap paper etc.

  • Stickers or fancy tape

  • Books I've read/ Games I've played/ Films I've watched

  • Motivational quotes

  • Diary of each day

  • Birthday Page

  • Self Care

  • Doodle a day

  • Brain dump ( Pit down everything you are thinking about or need to remember)
