Create a Journal
Have you ever kept a journal before?
Journaling is a really great way of calming you mind which is exceptionally beneficial in these days of isolation. All you need is a notebook and a pen and there is lots of inspiration online on pinterest and instagram. Plus we are living through history now and it would be a great thing to look back on in years to come. Add stickers or drawings to your pages to make then colourful and fun.

Anything you collect can be included - newspaper or magazine words, leaflets, scrap paper etc.
